Derrick W. Wells, 46, of Cheyenne died January 21, 2016 at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. He was born September 30, 1969 in Cheyenne to Gus and Wilda (Harmon) Wells. He married Gretchen Salverson on June 28, 1990 in Cheyenne and was most recently employed at Albertson Grocery Store. He is survived by his wife, Gretchen Wells of Cheyenne; children, Tony Wells, Alysha Wells and DJ Wells all of Cheyenne; sisters, Sandra Dillon and Sherri Smith of Afton, WY; mother Wilda Harmon Wells of Afton and 2 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Gus Wells and a brother, Jay Wells. Cremation has taken place under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home and private family services will be held.
