Dorothy D. Ray, 81, of Cheyenne passed away January 24, 2018 at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.

She was born July 20. 1936 in Junction City, KS to Duke and Verna Haddock. She married William B. Ray, Jr. on June 1, 1954 in Junction City, KS. She Was retired from Little American and was a member of North Cheyenne Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband; William Ray, Jr. of Cheyenne; children, Cynthia (Nicholas) Davis of Chapman, KS, Kim (Neil) Cox of Cheyenne and Bill (Katherine) Ray of Cheyenne; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Kevin Ray and siblings, Barbara Huffine, Elsie Sharp, Louise Hayes, William Haddock and Pete Haddock.

Those who wish may contribute to Meals on Wheels or Davis Hospice Center.

Memorial Services will be Saturday 2:00 p.m. at North Cheyenne Baptist Church. Services are under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
