We became acquainted with Harriett at the gym, and she became a huge part of the joy we felt whenever we were in her presence. She always had a smile and we soon came to love her and felt her absence strongly if we missed seeing her and having chats with her. We were always amazed at how upbeat she was in spite of medical issues...never complaining or seeming to feel sorry for herself. She was truly a remarkable woman, and we can't believe she is gone, and we will miss her terribly. We are so grateful to have known her and had her brighten our lives. Bob and Gerry Mangney

When my little brother and I were young we always went up to Colorado to visit. While we were there I always loved going to Cheyenne to go see aunt Harriet and uncle Morris! There home was always filled with love and joy and always good memories with rebecca and myself playing down stairs. Everytime I went over Harriet always had some fun game to play or activity to do. She inspired me to be more creative along side my mom, Rosanne and aunt Mary. Her laugh was infectious and very unique which I loved. She will greatly be missed and always cherished with good memories!

To the Family, I would like to express how sorry to hear of your loss. It seems so unfair that death should have the power to take away someone you love. And when it happens, the thought of never again being able to talk to, laugh with, or hold your loved one can be most difficult to bear. That pain is not necessarily erased by being told that your loved one is up in heaven. I found what God promises in the Bible helpful. At Acts 24:15 it says “And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that there shall be a resurrection of the dead.” This promise has consoled me when my father died. Hopefully, it can provide some hope and comfort to your family.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Harriett will be missed. What has helped me in times like these is what God promised, “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” I hope this will comfort you as it has me. If you need anyone to talk to, please feel free to reach out to me.
