Obituary for Susanne W. Withers

Susanne Wynne (Stull) Withers, affectionately known as "Suzie" entered into eternal rest in the early morning of Tuesday, January 19, 2016 as a result of injuries received in a tragic snowmobiling accident in Albany County. Susanne was in the comfort of her son, little Jerry’s, arms when she peacefully passed. Susanne was 46 years old.

Susanne was born in the town of Richmond in Chesterfield County, Virginia on May 4, 1969. She was the fourth child and youngest daughter of Burnette Ruth (Johnson) and Daniel Wayne Stull.

Susanne attended Cheyenne public schools and graduated from East High School in 1987 and attended Laramie County Community College (LCCC). In her professional life, Susanne was successfully self employed and the owner of “Accurate Bookkeeping” which served various and numerous businesses in our community. Susanne took great pride in her business. Susanne loved everything about the outdoors. Her passions included hunting, especially pheasant hunting, fishing, camping, snowmobiling, jet skiing, scrapbooking and traveling, especially vacationing to any warm sunny beach.

Susanne met her husband, Jerry, in the third grade and they were united in marriage on June 23, 1990 in Cheyenne, Wyoming. They moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1988 and returned to Cheyenne in 1990 and have been residents since. They celebrated twenty-five years of marriage last year in 2015.

While words can never fully express how much Susanne means to us, she will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a wonderful wife and a loving mother. Susanne was the mother of two very special children who were the center of her universe. Of the many accomplishments Susanne has had, being a wife and mother was her greatest. Susanne was devoted to her family. Family activities and spending time with them is what mattered most to her. Susanne touched the lives of many people with her smile and generosity. She is well known for having a heart of gold and forming a solid, unbreakable bond with all of those she touched in her life. She placed the needs of family and friends before her own needs and wanted everyone else to be happy and feel included like family. Her family and friends will miss most her many laughs, smiles and her gentle heart.

Susanne was preceded in death by her brother, Nathaniel B. Stull; grandparents: John C. Stull and Thelma B. Stull; and her beloved dog, “Koda” and cat, “Shadow”.

Susanne is survived by her husband, Jerry Eugene Withers II and two children, Ella Wynne Withers and Jerry Eugene Withers III; father: Daniel Wayne Stull and wife Kathleen M. Stull from Las Vegas, Nevada; brother and sister and their spouses: Daniel (Danny) W. Jr. and Dawn R. Stull from Hallock, Minnesota, Julie D. and George E.
