I met Sheila years ago... I lost the count. Sheila irradiated light. Every time I saw her, she seemed happy and with inner peace. She liked to bake, and she did a wonderful job at it. Every Christmas, she would bring to our home delicious cookies and chocolate fudge that she made. Sheila liked to give to others: a smile, a moment to chat, or a wonderful dessert. She loved her plants and took care of them. Many times, I have wondered what happiness is. I think Sheila had a very good idea of it. Part of her secret, I believe was that she enjoyed nature and its elements, things that some of us forget about in our everyday busy lives. As I look outside of my window, I see a tree, I see life, and I see the sky. Now Sheila is enjoying them looking down from heaven. Thank you, Sheila for everything you gave to each of us who had the joy to know you.
