Condolences

Condolence From: Mike
Condolence: Aunt Betty called my dad something she seldom does to tell him her sister (only living reletave) called her several times and that day asking for Betty to give her money. A argument stated and soon after that is when we think aunt betty passed in the chair by the phone. Aunt Betty had given her sister money in the past.
My brother had to take care of all the cost and house cleaning chores. Yes today is Aunt Betty birthday. Matt Monica and myself really appreciate everyones thoughts.

Condolence: I would just like to echo my brother Pat's thoughts in giving our condolences to Betty's family and wishing Betty a Happy 85th Birthday, today, June 30, 2016. Pat and I were fortunate enough to meet Betty for the first and only time on January 13th, 2016 when she reached out for our help for Johnny and Charlie, her pet dogs. When we returned Johnny and Charlie from the groomer that day, Betty offered us a $50 check for our help, but I refused to accept it. I told her that any friend of our Mom was a friend of ours. Betty had mentioned how she went out of her way to meet our Mom at the Seventh Day Adventist Church when our Mom was new to the church. Mom often mentioned her phone conversations with Betty to Pat and me.

Pat and I are so sorry to find out about Betty's passing only a few short months after meeting her. May God bless her soul. I'm sure our beloved Mother has already given her a hug. You will not be forgotten, Betty.

Condolence: Betty was a very sweet, humble and good-hearted person who befriended my mother Charlotte when Mom first began attending Seventh Day Adventist Church many years ago. They became fast friends and would speak with one another on the telephone quite often. When Mom passed in 2013, Betty was among the very first people to call and offer her condolences to both my brother Mike and I. However, she was unable to attend the funeral due to health concerns.

During the winter of 2015-2016, Mike and I finally got an opportunity to meet Betty in-person for the very first time when we assisted with getting her beloved dogs (Charlie and Johnny) professionally groomed. We were more than happy to do so. We spoke with her at her home well into the evening hours and came away from the day understanding why Mom always spoke so highly of her. Betty impressed us both with how bright and good-natured she truly was.

Mom always kept a personal calendar as a reminder of all the special events that really mattered to her during the course of each year. Betty's birthday (June 30th) was one such date. Mike and I attempted to call her today to wish her a Happy 85th Birthday only to discover the unfortunate news of her passing a month prior. Sad news, indeed.

I have no doubt that she and Mom are both together, at this very moment, celebrating this special day in a much, much better place.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BETTY SPOMER! And, may your kind soul Rest In Peace.

Condolence: Betty will probably be most remembered for being an animal lover. She worked many years with Wyoming Fish and Wildlife. Also worked as a Laramie County Sheriff's deputy. Graduated from Holly High School in Holly, CO. Married three times, but never complained to me about being alone. Her children were the animals, so to speak. She really had a big heart for them and was vegetarian for that reason. For some time in life was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Thanks for all comments.
